JSC Advertising exists to help define and meet business objectives through digital marketing, majoring in things like hard work, great customer service, and genuinely investing in the success of your business.
Some of the brands for JSC Advertising were lacking in properly communicating the brand through its visuals. One of JSC's clients, Black & Latinx Homeowners Marketplace needed something simple and unique for their social media branding.
The answer was simple, take the existing branding elements and use them in a manner that translated into a social media environment. Focusing on the BLHM colors as well as using the logomark as a repeating design element help to create a smart and memorable solution that communicated that this organization will find you a roof to live under.

Black & Latinx Homeowners Marketplace
The Digital branding and advertising for Black & Latinx Homeowners Marketplace needed a spark and a story to tell. JSC came to me to update.
Using already existing elements of the brand we added unique style and cohesiveness to the social media ads. Using the brand colors to grab attention as well as the logomark as a brand signal and popping images of happy homeowners and salesman we decided to give the feeling of buying a home a real shot in the arm.
While not asked to rebrand the logo, I decided the brand needed to develop more branding signals. The idea was to take the logomark (a house roof with a window) and make it part of the social media posts. We wanted to signal that BLHM can put you under that roof that you've been visualizing.
The previous social media only had short descriptions and facts about the housing market. We decided to add a people element to it. We would show happy families and sellers in polaroid frames capturing the moments of becoming a homeowner.
We did a series of carousels and single images to contrast the other style of social media posts. With the BLHM roof logomark as the halo, each post demonstrates that this organization will get you the house you want. Traditional Ads featured a house and paid ads featured happy faces.
